AI-Powered funnel insights

Our Funnels module just got a significant upgrade with the introduction of AI-powered insights. Now, you can easily identify the top-performing sources, channels, devices, and countries driving conversions for your funnels. Conversely, you can also pinpoint areas that need improvement and focus your efforts accordingly.




Funnel alias

We've made another enhancement to the funnels feature by adding an Alias option. This allows you to name each step as per your preference, making it particularly useful for long URLs. By specifying a page name, you'll gain a clearer understanding of what each step represents.

We are excited to announce the release of our official Usermaven plugin. If you're using, you can now seamlessly integrate your data with Usermaven in just a few clicks.Here's what you can do with the Bubble plugin:

  1. Install the Usermaven tracking pixel.
  2. Identify users and companies.
  3. Send custom events.

Retention period option

We've streamlined the process of creating retention reports by allowing you to define a single Retention report and change the interval while using the Retention module. This means you no longer need to create separate reports for daily, weekly, or monthly retention intervals.




Feature adoption - weekly aggregated data

We've made some adjustments to our feature adoption module to improve performance. When selecting a period greater than 3 months, the results will now be aggregated on a weekly basis. This provides better insights into feature adoption trends on a week-by-week basis. In the future, we plan to add a monthly adoption view to help you identify which features are most used on a monthly basis.

We've created comprehensive step-by-step guides to help you install the Usermaven tracking pixel on popular website platforms such as SquareSpace, Wix, Webflow, and Shopify.

Other improvements

  • To enhance user experience, we've implemented lazy loading on the funnels page. Now, funnels will only be loaded as you scroll down, reducing initial load times and ensuring a smoother experience.
  • We've resolved a bug in the "Event has not performed" segment query, ensuring accurate and reliable results for your data analysis.
  • We've updated our website to offer trial versions of our PRO and Premium plans, allowing you to test out our advanced features and find the perfect fit for your business needs.
  • We have added original referrer option in the Attribute for the Segments. Now, you can filter the visitors, users or companies based on their original referrer source.
  • In addition to the above changes, we've made several minor improvements and performance enhancements to ensure a better overall experience when using Usermaven.

  • Our integration is in private beta, we are expected to go into public beta within the next few days.
  • In-depth custom events view and detailed analysis of event properties.
  • Journeys to visualize paths users take to complete certain actions on your website and in-app.
