🤖 Maven AI Agents are here, plus multimodal chat & live contacts
We’re excited to introduce the latest Usermaven release, bringing a major evolution to how Maven AI works with your data.
This release introduces Maven AI Agents that run scheduled analyses and proactively surface the latest insights without you having to ask. We’ve also expanded Maven AI with multimodal capabilities, including document and image uploads, live voice dictation, and richer visual answers. Plus, the Contact Profiles now update in real time, with CSV exports for users, companies, and visitors, alongside improvements across attribution and MCP.
Here’s a full breakdown of everything new in Usermaven.
Maven AI now works for you, not only when you ask
Maven AI is no longer just an assistant you query when you have a question. With the new Agents framework, Maven AI can run recurring analyses, monitor important changes, and surface high-impact insights for your team automatically.
Autonomous agents
Maven AI agents run analysis in the background on a recurring schedule. They can monitor things like:
- Changes in feature adoption
- Drop-offs in user journeys
- Accounts showing signs of slipping
- Changes in retention cohorts
You decide how often Agents run, and Maven AI handles the analysis for you.

Dedicated agents hub
Manage all your Agents from one place. You can easily pause, resume, or change their schedules as your product priorities change.
Feature adoption analysis
Agents can automatically analyze feature adoption using the adoption definitions you’ve already saved, so there’s no need to set up the same analysis again.
Insights you can act on
When Maven AI finds something important, you can quickly review and manage the insight:
- Approve or dismiss insights
- See unread insight counts on the Insights page
- Hide individual insights from your overview dashboards
This makes it easier to focus on the findings that matter to your team.

Share insights with your team
Share complete Agent analysis runs and findings with teammates using shareable links. Your team can review the same analysis, discuss the findings, and take action together.
🎙️ Maven AI can now see, hear, and analyze more
Maven AI now supports multimodal conversations, richer visual answers, and more ways to interact with your data.
- Add screenshots, images, PDFs, and spreadsheets directly to your conversations. Maven AI analyzes them alongside your live analytics data to answer more contextual questions.
- Generate interactive charts, including funnels, bar charts, and adoption curves, with consistent labels and smoother navigation for detailed comparisons.

- Start a conversation directly from a report using the new floating Ask Maven button, with relevant metrics already in context.
- Use live voice dictation to turn your questions into prompts in real time, making quick, ad hoc analysis easier on desktop and mobile.

- Mark individual chats as private so they’re visible only to you. Workspace admins can also configure the LLM model used by Maven AI.
- Get relevant conversion goals and connected workspace workflows surfaced during setup and troubleshooting, helping you reach the right answer faster.
👥 Real-time Contact Profiles & CSV exports
Contact Profiles are now faster and more useful for monitoring your audience, exploring activity, and exporting the data you need.
- Contact Profiles automatically update as new visitors, users, and events come in, with no need to refresh the page.
- Export visitors, users, and leads as CSV files. Exports include the columns you see on screen, with up to 1,000 rows.
- Company detail pages now show a chronological timeline of team member activity, including actions, sessions, and touchpoints, giving you a clearer picture of how an account engages with your product.

🔌 More reliable MCP integrations
We’ve improved how Usermaven works with MCP clients, with a focus on reliability and compatibility.
- Cursor’s native OAuth flow is now fully supported for connecting to Usermaven.
- Large MCP tool responses are now bounded and paginated instead of being returned as a single oversized response.
- Fixed issues related to workspace switching and conversion goal creation through MCP.
🛠️ Improvements
Alongside these major updates, we’ve shipped several improvements across customer data, traffic classification, attribution, and sharing.
- Usermaven now suggests matching customers as you type, helping you avoid duplicate account links.
- CRM events now use the same bot detection as the event pipeline, including bot categories, bot names, and AI provider identification.
- Usermaven now classifies traffic using the original IP address for threats and proxies before privacy masking is applied.
- Usermaven links now display cleaner, more informative previews in Slack, Discord, and other supported platforms.
- Mark conversion goals as Lead, MQL, SAL, or SQL. The new stage funnel shows how visitors progress, and you can filter attribution by stage.
