[New features] Meta conversions API (CAPI), easier login, and improved sharing
This release focuses on making Usermaven smoother and easier to use where it matters most.
It brings more reliable Meta conversion tracking, faster access with Google sign-in, and better control over how you share dashboards and reports.
You’ll also notice smoother contact analysis and fewer interruptions across everyday workflows.
Small changes that make a real difference.
Track conversions more accurately with Meta Conversions API
Meta Conversions API (CAPI) is now fully integrated into Usermaven, with a complete and production-ready setup experience.
This update improves how conversions are synced with Meta by strengthening validation, sync behavior, and overall reliability.
- Set up Meta Conversion Sync from Configure → Conversion Syncs
- Complete guided setup with improved validation and clearer feedback
- More reliable conversion syncing with better handling of events
- Clearer visibility into sync activity, errors, and run history
This makes it easier to set up, monitor, and trust your Meta conversion data inside Usermaven.

Capture custom data from your forms
You can now add and use custom fields in the Form Tracking, making it easier to capture the exact data you need from your forms.
This gives you more flexibility to collect, organize, and use form data inside Usermaven without being limited to standard fields.
- Capture custom inputs beyond default fields like name and email
- Assign form fields to new or existing contact attributes
- Use smart suggestions to quickly match common fields
- Store richer form data for better analysis and segmentation
This helps you collect more meaningful data from forms and make it easier to use across your workflows.

Share dashboards and reports with more control
You now have more control over how you share your data with others, whether it’s dashboards or reports.
With password protection and public sharing options, it’s easier to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, or team members while keeping access secure.
- Share dashboards securely with controlled access
- Protect shared dashboard links with a password for controlled access
- Generate public links for reports directly in email deliveries
- Make it easier for stakeholders to view performance without logging in
This gives you a safer and more flexible way to share insights with anyone who needs them.

Filter contact activity faster in Contacts Hub
You can now filter activity within a contact’s profile in Contacts Hub, making it easier to focus on the interactions that matter.
This helps you quickly scan a contact’s activity, reduce noise, and understand how they engage with your product across pages and events.
- Filter activity by All, Pageviews, Auto-captured, Custom, and Pinned
- Focus only on the events you want to analyze
- Navigate detailed activity timelines more easily
- Find important engagement signals faster
This makes contact-level analysis clearer, faster, and more useful for day-to-day work.

Sign up and log in faster with Google
You can now create your Usermaven account and log in using your Google account.
This makes onboarding quicker and removes the need to manage another password, especially for teams already using Google Workspace.
- Sign up instantly with your Google account
- Log in with one click, no password needed
- Speed up onboarding for new team members
- Enjoy a smoother login experience across devices
This helps you get into your workspace faster and start using Usermaven without setup friction.
