Hi there, I am encountering an issue with the Wordpress plugin’s tracking functionality. By default, visits from logged-in users are not tracked, but the plugin allows tracking for specific user roles by enabling a setting where I can select one or more roles. However, only the standard WordPress roles are listed. On my WooCommerce site, my logged-in customers do not have any of these standard roles. Instead, they have a custom role specifically created to differentiate them. As a result, my WooCommerce dashboard in Usermaven remains almost completely empty because the plugin does not track my customers when they are logged in with their custom role, which is not included in the list of selectable roles. The only data that appears in the dashboard is related to refunds, while all other tracking data is missing. Would it be possible for the Usermaven plugin to list all existing WordPress roles, including custom ones? Alternatively, could you provide an option where, in addition to the standard roles, I could manually enter a comma-separated list of roles to be tracked? Thank you in advance.

Get WooCommerce metrics inside Usermaven with deep-integration.

It would just be stellar to also have access to heatmap features, so we can replace Microsoft Clarity.

Allow an option in Usermaven to integrate with the Google Data Studio connector. The data will be synced from Usermaven to Google Data Studio for reporting.

Sending custom and branded reports to clients is great. But it would even be cooler if we could custom brand the shared dashboard. It would be nice if we could add our own logo (as a service provider), and also the client's logo. Furthermore, it would be good to not show the login or sign up buttons at the top, just to keep a shared dashboard clean for clients. I actually don't mind having a Usermaven branding in the footer, or something, but let us have the option to create good-looking, custom branded dashboards.

Integrate Google Search console and get clicks data in Web Analytics.

Allow custom CSS to change look of admin and shared dashboard. Brand logo, colors, etc.

An option to exclude stats from analytics by blacklisting users using IP or domains or browser footprint. The idea is to exclude the data of the internal team using/testing the product.

Ability to segment a group of users who meet a specific rule, or set of rules. Segments will allow to filter users meaningfully with multiple conditions, and identify users who have (or haven’t) taken important actions inside the product. Here are some typical segments: Trialing Users Paying Users Advanced Users Churned Users

Live view map so we can see where the traffic is coming from (country etc) and a overview over what url they are visiting. An improved version of the live view in Google UA.

I think usermaven should have integration and data like Facebook CAPI or Google Conversion.

it would be useful to see web analytics page how i want meaning if i want to see countries block on top, etc.. just an option to move around the blocks would be nice.
